employment
Mr. Nizam,
We regret to inform you that your
employment with this company is terminated effective on receipt of this letter
for the following reason(s):
During your provision period your
service was not satisfactory, you were late regularly (Warning letter issuded
on 8th April 2010), Your provision period extended because of your careless
work on your duties and responsibilities (Warning letter issued on 14th June
2010). During your extended provision period you did not resolve your mistakes
besides you misbehaved with your center manager (Mr. Rasel) and disobeyed the
command of your Managing Director (Mr. Rakib Uddin).
Based on those facts management has
taken the final decision to terminate you from your position (Center Executive).
Please vacate the premises immediately with
your personal possessions. We will forward your salary earned to date in due.
